I offer an honest, safe, and compassionate space for you to explore and create ways to live with more aliveness and authenticity and to move past stuckness. Beyond labels, I am passionate about helping you gain greater insight and clarity into your challenges.  My approach is supportive and challenging, empathic and direct. You may find that your newfound insights gained in sessions to be helpful in improving your relationships with others and with yourself.

I qualified with a Masters in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from Goldsmiths University of London (UK) and am a Doctoral student in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling (Middlesex Uni, UK).  If you feel inclined, I also facilitate our work with creativity and body movement because sometimes words are not enough.

My clinical experience includes working with children and adults in mental health and educational settings, as well as non-profit community services in London (UK) and Singapore. I have worked with diverse mental and emotional health challenges amongst youth and adults.

I am a member of the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapists UK and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. I am in the process of registering with the College of Registered Psychotherapists Ontario.
