Module 1: The Starting Line

We all have to start from somewhere. This module starts off with digging deep into the root causes of feeling "stuck". You will discover how to pivot when reaching a roadblock, and techniques on how to let it all go.

Module 2: The Transition

Taking the first step in a new direction can be both scary and challenging. This module dives into reframing the thoughts we struggle with when dealing with feelings of procrastination and uncertainty. You will learn how to find your niche and make use of your strengths to find that sweet spot when stepping out of your comfort zone.

Module 3: Setting Yourself Up For Success

Once you have reflected on the challenges or problems you have been facing, it is time to start exploring how to get where you want to be. This module highlights the key tools needed to prepare for your goals and take advantage of your opportunities, in order to find your creative freedom.

Module 4: Take Five

Feeling burnt out is never fun. When we prioritize our work over our well-being, we neglect taking care of our mental health. In this module, learn to take a step back and invest in self-care, prioritize your needs, and striking the right balance-all while being guilt-free

Module 5: The Grind

The mindset of always being "on the go" can be exhausting. This module explores how to navigate toxic behaviours and pressures we or others give to ourselves. Learn to define what "success" looks like for you, setting, healthy boundaries, and developing new habits.

Module 6: The Final Straw

You've done some serious reflecting and completed some challenging activities, so where do you go from here? This module explores how to build the confidence you need to execute your plan moving forward. You will wrap-up with creating a plan that you can manage with resources, knowledge, and supports that allow you to maximize your full potential.
