Meet our team!
Brianna Comeau, Co-Facilitator (Registering MSW)
Rachelle Cervantes, Co-Facilitator (Registering MSW)
Hello, my name is Brianna. I take a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a number of modalities including strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Throughout the last three years, I have worked with clients who have been diagnosed with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, BPD, autism, and more. I also have specialties in working with international students and LGBTQ2S+ folks. I hope you allow me to join you on your journey towards mental wellbeing.
Feeling like the relationships in your life have been stressful?
Looking for ways to support your current relationships?
My name is Rachelle and I am a first generation Filipino-Canadian operating from a culturally sensitive, strengths based framework. I hold extensive experience working with marginalized children, individuals, and families on the Downtown Eastside, along with additional work involving post-secondary and secondary students through The Vancouver School Board and University of British Columbia. Through my own journey, I have learned that we are able to control our own actions and reactions in situations with others, whether that be friends, family, colleagues, or partners. I believe in a balanced, holistic approach to mental health and wellness.
I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment while working with you in the therapeutic process.
