什么是创伤后应激障碍?
创伤经历是在身体和精神层面引起强烈压力、恐惧和伤害感的事件。经历车祸、意外失去亲人、目睹暴力和自然灾害都是创伤情况的例子。许多人会在这些事件之后感受到各种不同的情绪,并在一段时间后自行恢复。
创伤后应激障碍 (PTSD) 是一种当人们暴露于压力和创伤性事件时发展的疾病,并且即使他们不再处于危险之中,也会继续经历更长时间的高度恐惧或压力。
是什么导致创伤后应激障碍?
虽然目前尚不清楚 PTSD 的确切原因,但预计它是由多种因素共同引起的,包括:
1) 压力经历
直接遭受创伤或通过遭受创伤的个人间接学习。
2) 遗传性心理健康风险
遗传的心理健康问题也可能在 PTSD 的发病中发挥作用。例如,如果有家族史或家庭成员有其他心理健康问题,您可能更有可能患上 PTSD。
3) 生物因素
由于我们调节体内化学物质和激素的方式,以及它对压力的反应方式,个体大脑结构也会影响 PTSD 的发展。
